How do I make reservations?
Call us or e-mail your inquiry. Our goal is to find an apartment that meets your requirements with regard to location and price range. We will send you a quotation with various proposals and when you have made a decision you will receive a confirmation.
How much does it cost to lease a furnished apartment from Företagsbostäder?
Prices are based on location, apartment size and the length of the leasing period. The longer the lease – the better the price.
Do I have to pay for the full month?
The apartments can be leased both on a daily and monthly basis. You pay only for the days you lease with payment in advance.
Can I cancel or extend the apartment lease?
It is not always possible to know in advance how long the apartment is needed. Sometimes the project takes longer than expected while, for various reasons, it may also be necessary to cancel the lease. Your lease period can be extended or cancelled as required with one month’s advance notice for either option.
What is included in the lease cost?
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for self-service. TV, stereo, broad band, bed linens, towels and final cleaning are all included in the rent and a laundry room is available at no extra charge. If there is anything you require in addition we will accommodate your requests to the best of our ability.
Is cleaning service available in the apartment?
Since we have our own maintenance department we will be pleased to arrange additional cleaning services for a fee. The extra cleaning service always includes change of bed linens and towels.
Can several persons from the company share an apartment?
An excellent way to reduce company travel and living expenses may be to lease an apartment that can be utilized by several persons at the same time or during different periods. Our management will be pleased to arrange cleaning, exchange of bed linens and towels for an agreed fee.
Where do I pick up keys and get information about the apartment?
Information about where to collect your keys and a welcome letter with practical information about the apartment is available with the confirmation of reservation. These items may be picked up 24 hours a day every day of the week
Can we get an agreement proposal for the company?
We are exclusive accommodation suppliers to a number of large companies, helping their HR departments to find suitable accommodations for consultants and employees.
We will be pleased to offer a proposal based on the requirements and needs of your employees.
