About Företagsbostäder
Företagsbostäder Sverige AB started 1993 in Göteborg. We are now located in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg and offer over 650 furnished apartments, all owned by us.
Apartments of varying sizes, furnished and centrally located
We offer different size apartments, from small studios up to four rooms, all with good central locations and easy access to public transportation, or close to larger companies. The apartments are nicely furnished and fully equipped. Hotel living is comfortable, but after a few days many guests prefer to cook their own food and receive visitors – especially if you are from far away and have another cultural background. It is nice to be able to relax ”at home” after work.
From long lodging industry experience

Security. Since we have the largest unit inventory of the industry we can solve your living requirement not only on short notice but also in the three larger city regions. All apartments belong to Företagsbostäder, decorated and equipped according to our own concept. Those who have made the booking and been involved in arranging a co-worker’s living arrangements can confidently leave the comfort of the guest in our hands. You can feel completely secure – nobody stays ”second-class” with us.
Flexibility. You can lease by day, week or month with options to prolong the contract and with only one month’s notice with longer bookings.
You only pay for the nights you stay and the longer you stay the cheaper it becomes. We willingly discuss company agreements that will offer favourable prices and terms.
Service. Our own management provides the service for our guests. The beds are made when you arrive. The price is always fixed and includes internet, TV, bed linens, towels and final cleaning. By request and an additional service fee we will also clean and change bed linens during the stay.
